First Three Steps to Get Started
Adding a profile picture
Create a transaction
Monitor the status of your transactions
1) Once logged in, click the gear icon on the top right of the page for the Settings dropdown.
2) Click "My Account".
3) Under "Display", click "Update" then either a) drag and drop your picture file to the Picture box or b) select your picture file from your directory.
4) Click "Save" on the right and your all set. Your profile picture will show up on your client's tracker page.
1) Select the transaction type from the left hand column that you want to create (most realtors are creating Buyers or Sellers transactions based on who they are representing).
2) Click the (+) sign for the process type you want to create (for example for a Buyers transaction, you can select Home Search or Home Purchase).
3) Click "Create new...".
4) Enter the transaction details starting with your clients' information: name, email (optional), and phone number (optional). Once you have entered any individual’s information (including your own), you will be able to select that saved data from a drop-down menu moving forward.
Note: If you are a dotLoop user, you can take advantage of our dotLoop integration for faster data entry by selecting "Import from dotLoop" when creating a new transaction. Once connected to dotLoop, you can select one of your loops and Property Wand will import your transaction details to create the new transaction.
5) Enter all remaining required data fields as indicated by the encircled exclamation point.
6) Click "Save and Start Transaction" at the bottom.
That’s it! Once you have completed these steps, your new transaction has been created and can be found on your transactions page. You can select that transaction to review due dates, adjust due dates, leave time stamped notes for activities, and mark activities as complete.
NOTE: Once you've created a new transaction, you will get an option for Property Wand to send your client(s) a welcome email with a secure link to their transaction tracker page. This allows them to see overall status, know what activities they are responsible for and the applicable due dates as well as your contact information. This page automatically updates as you adjust due dates or mark tasks as complete in your agent transaction page. Your client does not have visibility into your agent page, just their respective client tracker page. You can view your client's tracker page by clicking on "Client URL" on the top of the transaction page.
Your Agent Dashboard is a quick reference guide that details all transactions and all actionable items that are either due that day or due soon. You can access your dashboard by clicking the "Dashboard" link on the upper left side of your page. By simply completing these items each day you can know that you are out in front of all of your transactions and nothing has been overlooked.
